Craig A. Rathkamp, CEO, has been directly involved with manufacturing since the age of 13, having learned and operated most machine shop equipment even before graduating high school.  He has Air Force training in aircraft sheet metal for 4 years, followed by several years of aircraft repair and rebuilding.  Trained in precision sheet metal, he is a Class A sheet metal mechanic, N/C punch press programmer and experienced in tooling and fixture design.  Sales and Engineering positions held include OEM Accounts Manager, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering and Vice President of  Engineering. He has extensive experience in electronic enclosure design, sheet metal and plastics,  from board level component and connector layout to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies.  Mr. Rathkamp has produced the curriculum and been instructor for a two day intensive course titled "The Competitive Design of Sheet Metal" presented nationwide  by the Institute of Competitive Mechanical Design in San Diego California beginning in 1992.
